Try this California Grilled Chicken recipe STAT — it’s a home run! ⚾️We’ve been making it all week and I can’t wait to get home to it each night! Full of flavor, not difficult to make, and relatively clean. What are you waiting for? ⬇️⬇️⬇️
-3/4 c balsamic vinegar
-1 t garlic powder
-2 T honey
-2 t olive oil
-2 t Italian seasoning
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Sliced cheese of choice
-Tomato, sliced and seasoned with salt and pepper
-Basil, sliced for garnish
-Balsamic glaze for drizzling
-In a small bowl, whisk vinegar, garlic powder, honey, oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Pour over chicken and let marinate at least 20min.
-Heat the grill to med-high heat. Grill the chicken until charred and cooked through.
-Top the chicken with the cheese, avocado, and tomato; let cheese melt.
-Garnish with basil, salt, pepper, and glaze. ENJOY!
