Recipe: Grilled Romaine Wedges

🅰️INGREDIENTS: (this recipe serves 2 — add more if you have more people!)
-1x romaine lettuce head, washed and halved
-2x strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
-1c cherry tomatoes, halved and seasoned with salt/pepper
-1/2c red onion, chopped
-Balsamic dressing of choice (can also make your own with 1T each of balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil)
-Optional: light ranch dressing

🅱️DIRECTIONS:
-Grill romaine halves for 4min each side, or until slightly charred. 
-Arrange on top of grilled romaine each of the ingredients above: bacon, tomatoes, onion, and dressings. Salt and pepper to taste. The end!

Can’t get enough of this salad! You could also substitute blue cheese crumbles and/or add any other veggies you like. This can also be pan fried and/or broiled (quickly!) if you don’t have a grill. Put this one on your list! ✅
