For just $60, my 4 Week Program provides fresh, expertly designed, gym-based workouts and invaluable extra accountability for a month. It’s a no-brainer, at this price — less than $4/workout! Your entry fee includes:

  • 4x weeks of expertly designed workouts – scaled each day from beginner to expert (ALL SKILL LEVELS!!)
  • 4x gym-based workouts per week (can do at home with a decent equipment setup)
  • Full dietary setup – grocery list, sample meal plan, recipes, macro recommendations
  • Technique coaching via remote video
  • Nationwide participation
  • Each exercise in the app has a video explanation and demonstration by Tia
  • Keep these workouts forever! Work at your own pace. Use some now, or some later
